I need Poser inspiration!

That's right! I want to make a new Poser picture, but I honestly don't know who I should make. I want to stick to my ongoing AO character thing, and so I invite you all to present your character here, and I'll make a random choice. What I ask of you is the following:

• A written description of your character looks, from top to bottom. Sometimes a character may not look exactly like your AO rendered character (see Cord's Poser pic). Their hair may be different, they may have details that don't show on the avatar picture and so on.
  
  
• Inspirational pictures. Find one or several pictures of random people (just link to pics on the net, it can be anyone, celebrities or stock pictures) that could in some way resemble what you feel your character looks like. You can mix and match as well ("Hair like this pic, nose like this pic, jawline like this pic, make up like this pic etc).
  
  
• Say something about your character's personality and style. This will help me in making a pose or scene that fits the character, along with choosing the right type of clothing.
  
  
• In case your character has a "difficult" feature, like weird hair (opifexes *groan*) or serious disfigurement (nanomages *groan*), please explain how much of a change you'll accept. Example: Your character is one of the mouthless nanomages, but you'll explain a very small mouth with no lipcolor. Example 2: Your character has weird hair (i.e. Cher or Kotts), but you'll accept a different look (give example pics!), as long as the haircolor is the same.
  
  Don't expect armor that is identical to what you have ingame. I simply don't have the armor models. Sometimes I may be able to use something that looks kinda like it (see Luci's picture), but most times I will use "civilian" clothing.
  
  Don't expect the picture to be done in a week, if I choose your character. I spent several months on Luci's picture because I couldn't "find" her in Poser. When it was done, though, both she and I were happy with it.
  
  I really hope you can give me ideas, because I love making pictures of characters I know. In the meantime, I'm working on doodles of my alts . To see what I've made so far, click here.

Hair

Top to bottom? Damned, I was going to start with the shoes Anyway, the hair on the avatar is quite straight, and on the sides, but in the real life his hair is actually a bit longer and uncontrolled. Oh, and his sideburns are shorter than they are in the game.

As Snapes, the hair often falls down in front of his right eye, covering it partially.

Face

Although, what the avatar don't show, is Hunter's mouth. In non-serious situations, the left corner of his mouth is often raised as if he was about to smile ironically. His nose is somewhat like the example picture. Don't ask why I picked Snape, I just couldn't think of any better example:P
Hunter's eye color is dark green, and he tends to have a serious look in them (now how that's done, I don't know.)
He always got a bit of stubble on his cheeks and chin.

Body

Hunters body is quite slim, but muscular. He's not an athlete, but you can see he's strong. Imagine a body á la Tom Cruise.

On his shoulders, Hunter got one tattoo covering each shoulder (you know where they tend to be placed if you equip them.)

Personality

Hunter's a rough soldier, loyal to his brethren. He appears to be a very outgoing person when he's in that mood. Some days, he doesn't talk to anyone. In non-combat he's laid back, and often got a got either a grin or a smile on his mouth. You could find him somewhere around Rubi-Ka, talking to friends leaning towards a wall or a tree, arms crossed and one foot up on the wall (hint hint ), smiling.


Note to Jen:
Hunter doesn't have to have a weapon or armor on the picture, he could have a t-shirt or something with short arms that shows a bit of his tattoos. I hope I spared you a lot of hard work now Is this all you needed to know, or is there something more?

Hair:

Cipur's hair is pretty short and spiked up.

Face:

The facial avatar always reminded me of Sam Neill in Event Horizon, so facially, he looks
like this, serious attitude and all. The skin tone is about right, too He's almost always wearing pitch-black shades too, so he can keep streaming data no matter where he is.




He tends to be stubbly, too.

Body:

Cipur isn't gonna join the powerlifting team anytime soon, but he grew up in a rough enviroment, and
it left him pretty muscular, like this dude.  His only real identifying marks are that he has a lot of scarring on his upper body and arms, and barcode tattoos on the back of his hands.




Clothing:

Cipur dresses to blend in with the crowd, wearing dusty blacks and browns.  The Clan trenchcoat is a good one, with a dark T-shirt underneath.  He's a reasonably devoted Catholic, and wears a crucifix necklace.  He rarely bothers to "dress up."  He never goes anywhere without a snub-nose auto or some other concealed weapon.

Personality-wise:

He has a pretty dry and cynical outlook on life, keeps people at a distance, and has no qualms about shipping drugs or weapons all across Rubi-Ka.  Most of the time, he's in sleazy backrooms, cutting deals, and a lot of that has rubbed off on him. 

I think this sums him up perfectly, blunt and all.

Messy spiky is fine too, he doesn't stick to one hairstyle all the time.  And no, the hair was some random non-Beckham guy I found on Google Image.

Ragum:  Cipur's just prematurely aged and stressed-out, otherwise he would look like Roy Khan.  And have a band, too.

The shades
I can't remember if there's a certain name about the shades, but they ought to change depending on the situation. If Chris is indoors, they'll look like regular specs with see-through glass, but outdoors they'd look like shades. Get the picture?



The face
Hugo Weaving, who else has that high brow? Not sure how he'd look with the silly Chris-beard though.




Finding a picture for Chozo is kind of difficult, as I wanted him to reflect where I got his name, but I would suppose that he looks kind of like the robots in "I Robot", just taller, black, visor instead of eyes, no nose or mouth, and without his parts showing.



How to describe Chris, for a pose, would be kind of simple. He's a bureaucrat. How many poses could he possibly have? Hands at his sides or hands on his briefcase.
Chozo however, should have a 'hint' of emotion, as oppososed to Chris. Chozo is his 'better half'. Perhaps a turn of his head towards Chris, or away for his curiousity.

Alright, here we go.

Clothing: Pictures would sorta be a waste on this, as he should really be dressed in the infamous blue bathrobe--Kit wouldn't go into battle without his Necromancer's Cloak and Hood of Wicked Inspiration. There's just no way he can be without 'em. I'm actually curious if you can take the textures from the DB and apply them over the models of a robe/hood... might be doable, and if they need some tweaking to work, I can definitely hook you up with that. The lack of a cyberdeck *does* hurt, but without it Kit would just go into a fight bare-handed--He *is* a decent shot with a pistol, but tends to find it a bit uncouth. As the robe covers just about everything, the only other article of clothing that would be important are boots--For those, anything that looks lightly armoured and thin would work (something like these looks about right: http://www.jsaccessories.co.uk/Picts/Stock_12100000001.jpg )

Eye colour is jet black all around, no discernable irises, just sorta like one big pupil. No eyebrows, no hair at all actually--Kit's completely bald from head to toe (adds into his natural aerodynamics while kiting, you see). Teeth... teeth are jacked up. I've been looking for a picture to try and give a better mental image of this, but description will have to suffice, I fear. While not rotated at all, or even jutting out at different angles, Kit's teeth don't seem to have any real sense of direction or form--Some are much longer than others, some are rather short. They have the colour of grimey yellow, like a chainsmoker who hasn't brushed in ten years, stained with speckles of brown. Only a few are flat, like normal teeth--The vast majority are pointed and sharp, like he'd be perfectly well suited for tearing into a hunk of raw steak.

Kit's very thin and boney. His skin kinda stretches over his frame like plastic wrap tied around a skeleton, often looking rather stretched in areas. His lips are very thin and lack a lot of colour, which gives a rather unnerving effect overall when he tries to grin, as the skin on his face tends to retract leaving a large amount of stretching in the jaw and cheekbones.

Skin tone is pale, pale pink, nearly approaching sort of a light beige. This is only marred by the occasional blue vein running just underneath the surface, which tends to bulge out underneath the thin layer of skin. If you watch closely, you can even see 'em throb when he gets pissed off. Good times. There arn't many that are visible on his head, but at least one good one running along his neck and up toward his temple/ear covers.

The ear covers are, interestingly enough, just that--Covers. They're not attached, don't really have to be there, but Kit wears them as sort of a  protection from the louder effects of nanocombat. For lack of a better term, they're really just high-tech earmuffs that loop around the back of his head. Any sort of headphone/earmuff model would work fine for those, just dropping the strap behind his head and adding in some blinkinlites on the earpiece.

Details

Pose:
Imagine a man standing on the top of a peak, overlooking the busy city below the cliff, his hands on his hips, his left leg slightly in front of the body, the right foot aligned with the rest of the body, probably with the most of the weight on that right foot. He's standing straight, thinking, the hypnotic movement of the people, robots below him infusing him with a sense of slight, temporary ease.

Face:
BP looks like.. BP. His face is tall, only slightly pale, his features sharp, eyes deep, high but short nose, the general look perhaps, just a bit, like that of an elf. His eyebrows are long, very dark but not very thick. His fairly small lips are in a slight frown, and his eyebrows the same, thinking intensively about something, trying to find a solution but apparently failing to. His eyesight is sharp though, and on the top of the hill he looks a bit like a predator trying to spot his meal. On both sides of his face dim, dark-blue patterns can be seen, reminding one of printed circuits, apparently a sign of augmentations, though hardly as obvious and invasive as those of a nanomage. His dense hair is roughly 5 cetimeters longer than shoulder-length, falling on his back, ending in what looks more like a slightly irregular spike than a flat evenly cut brush. A few shorter hairs are covering his forehead.

I decided to rework a bit on Dorian's physical despcription.

Face - Jake Busey. That's exactly how I portray him.



Body - Well-built, but nothing exagerated. Good physical condition over body-building.



Clothing - Camo pants + tank top or riot gear like armor.

Tattoos - Other the tribal facial tattoos, has a hawk tattooed across the chest.
