Upgraded forum version

Hi all,

I've upgraded the forum version of the Assembly forums. Have left the Council of Truth alone for now, as I want to try it out on this, smaller one first.

I did the upgrade because I'm fed up with spambots. In the last 24 hours, I have received near 50 registrations across this and the CoT site, and I've had it. The upgrade allows for better security measures, such as security questions and so on.

This does mean, however, that the theme of the site will have to change, as the one we're using now is outdated (you may notice that it looks weird) and the guy who made it no longer makes themes. I'm searching for new ones as I'm typing this, so don't be alarmed if next time you're on the forums, it looks very different.
