I've updated the forum software, which was ridiculously outdated. I also had to install a new theme, because the one we used isn't updated any longer and lacks a lot of functionality, which makes it look weird.

Got to thinking when I saw Kya's picture...should we have a private OOC board that only members can see? A place we can post pictures from RL if we want without all of internet having access?

It would be nice to have a private IC section to discuss ICly the different storylines we're involved in. Child forums could also be added to serve for intel logs, in example... Not only cool, but it could enrich our roleplay!

There already is that :-). The Sensitive Information forum is private only for Assembly members.

OK, I've been at it again today. Here's some updates:

Two new boards
Sensitive Information - IC, only accessible to members of Assembly
Private OOC - OOC, only accessible to members of Assembly

New user group
Visitors are people who are registered on the board, but not members of Assembly. This is so that other players that we have contact with can post and join the forum fun.
They have the same permissions as members, but can't access the member only boards (such as Sensitive Information and Private OOC).

Not really forum news, but I'll put it in here anyway.

Sembly will be down for a while tomorrow, July 3rd, as I am painting my room and will need to shut off the computer while things are moved around.

I've added two new profile fields. One for breed selection (Solitus by default, please make sure you choose the correct one for you), and one for briefly describing visual features of your character, since the ingame avatar doesn't necessarily match how you want your char to look. Example: Redtricks, the avatar, has a bald head dotted with colourful...dots. Redtricks the character has waist-long, colourful braids.

You fill in the information in your forum profile.

If you have a suggestion to a useful profile field which adds to roleplay or your character, let me know here, and I'll set up another one
