She came to Rubi-Ka in the second quarter of 29476, aged 16. Joined Ancarim Iron Legion in the fight for the free clans. Left this guild after spending two months in the wastes to find the "true purpose of her stay on Rubi-Ka", as she has explained. Founded Assembly with friends she had met on this sabbatical, and took over as President in February, 29477. Name: Kotras Clay Callsign: Kotts Date Joined: December 22nd, 29478 Background: Kotras Clay was the first natural birth between Marri and Jeric Clay. The Clay family was the only opifexes that resided on the colony where he grew up. The rest of the colony's populace was made up of solitus, which spawned many breedist comments and accusations. He grew up under careful watch by the local Omni-Pol. Whenever an issue of stolen goods surfaced, Kotts was the first and usually last name mentioned. During his teenage years he grew more and more rebellious towards Omni-Tek, becoming a regular prankster. After his general education courses were complete Kotts enlisted under Omni-Com and began his career for the corporation. Shortly after Kotras turned twenty-five an opportunity to leave the corporation and start a new life arose. He settled in on the mining planet Rubi-Ka and signed up with the clan Assembly as the clan's head communication technician. Name: Ridge Hunter Callsign: Ridgerunner Date Joined: June 14th, 29479 Background: Ridgerunner was created for the purpose of security in a small private laborotory, funded forcefully by Omni-Tek. His creator opposed the corporation, but had little choice but to do what they said. Once adult, Ridge volunteered to assist his creator escape the oppression of Omni-Tek but they were ambushed by OT Troops and his creator killed. Without a mentor and father-figure, Ridge wandered hopelessly but met a clansman who took him under his wing. After five years he gave Ridge the choice of joining the clans or being left on his own. There was no doubt that he wanted revenge for what was done to his creator, and after being taught the harsh realities of life, Ridge applied to the clans and joined Assembly. Name: Cherelle Pauly Clay Callsign: Xeenah Date Joined: April 21st, 29479 Background: Cherelle Pauly Clay is the only child -natural born- of Daniel Pauly, a retired army officer and commercial pilot, and Isabelle Chenay Pauly, a volunteer in not-for-profit organizations. Cherelle inherited her father's defiant temper and her mother's social inclination. An insubordinate child, she grew up in Orleans, near New Paris on Old Earth. The breedism against Opifexes led to her studied of martial arts and she grew up hardened, while building a criminal record during her rebellious teenage years. She studied in Orleans College and completed two degrees, one in Performing Arts and one in Field Psychology, looking to join the army like her father. After a dramatic event were she nearly died and lost several friends to the hands of Omni-Tek hired mercenaries, she entered Orleans university to complete a certificate in Post-Trauma Counselling. She then headed out to Rubi-Ka, firmly decided to fight in the clans ranks. She soon signed with Assembly. Three months later, she got married to Kotras "Kotts" Clay. She entered the Temple of the Purple Dragon to continue her training in martial arts while working with Assembly.
