Organization Assembly is made up by the following structure: · President · Advisor · Veteran · Member · Applicant · Candidate (before being part of the clan itself) At any given time, the leaders of Assembly are the Leadership, which consists of the Advisors and the President. Candidate For the first 2 weeks after the interview, the candidate will be invited into Assembly's guest channel. This will be a period of time where the candidate will show his/her dedication of time to the organization, get to know the rest of the clan and vice versa. Candidates do not have access to the private sections of Assembly's gridforums. Former Omni-Tek employees will spend 3 weeks in this stage, for a more thorough background check. Applicant After the weeks as prospect, and if the leadership agrees, the applicant will be invited into Assembly, joining at the Applicant rank. Access to the private sections of the gridforums will be given, they can submit votes and the applicant can assume their work inside the clan. Member If an Applicant has proven to be a valuable asset and seem to fit in, he/she will be promoted to full membership in Assembly after no less than 2 weeks as Applicant. As a full member, one can use the equipment depot and submit votes. Full members are expected to take time to assist Applicants whenever possible, and also be active in the field, doing work for the organization. Note that security scans, background checks and medical examination are all mandatory to be promoted to full member rank. Veteran A member with more than 3 months in Assembly is eligible for promotion to Veteran. This promotion can also come later, depending on outstanding work in the field, loyalty, dicipline, depot or membercare. The Leadership decides who is eligeble for promotion. Veterans are expected to take great part in guiding lower rank members, actively bring in work contracts, be active in relations with the public and long term citizens of Rubi-Ka and also give feedback to the Leadership when asked. The Veterans may also be asked to perform higher-risk tasks. Advisor The President may promote any highly active full member or veteran to advisor at his/her convenience. Besides being member of the leadership, an Advisor can also recruit new applicants. Advisors are expected to call meetings, provide leadership in the field and control the different departments in the organisation. They also serve as cloak chiefs for the clan's ECM tower in our town. The moderator in a meeting will be one of the advisors. Any disciplinary action toward members in Assembly has to be consulted between at least two Advisors, or one advisor and the President unless in emergency situations. President The President of Assembly will sit as long as no one calls for an election, which has to be 3 months apart. Under special circumstances, the Leadership can throw the President, if the vote is unanimous. If any Leadership vote is even, the President has the final say in the matter.
