Guild Rules

1. No members of Assembly will under any circumstance harass other people, whether they are in the organization, outside it or from a different faction. This includes begging for credits or items or excessive swearing and malicious behavior. We are here to find an end to a conflict, and cussing never solved anything.

2. Do not attack any clan city guards, citizens or property without provocation. Duels in the arena or situations under special circumstances, like covert operations, are exceptions to this rule. Breaking this rule is grounds for immediate removal from Assembly.

3. Teaming with omni affiliated people is discouraged. Aiding omni-affiliated people is not allowed, unless the leadership confirms the person as a contact of Assembly, this meaning clan sympathetic or they are aiding Assembly in means of intelligence or other services. Feeding clan information to Omni-Tek employees is strictly forbidden and is grounds for immediate removal from Assembly.

4. The depot is to be used only by members in the organization. It is expected that all members contribute to the depot, donating what they can. Should a member come across an especially rare item, they should ask fellow members if they want it, and donate it to the depot if none can use it. Under no circumstances should items coming from the depot be soldm but instead returned to the depot when possible. The depot is to be used only by full members in the organization, and only up to SCL 100. After that, people are expected to be self-sufficient and equipment will only be shared as the depot holders see fit.

5. Any member can be given a warning or be demoted if their actions are deemed in violation of the rules or proper clan conduct. A demotion will serve as a second warning, and a promotion will only come as a testament of the members further actions and contribution to the guild. Demotion and promotion is served as an agreement within the leadership.

6. Should any members of Assembly break the rules repeatedly, there will be a hearing. The purpose of this hearing is to give a fair ruling. The advisors and the president will make a judgement, which is final.

7. The organizational rules are subject for change. Changes that largely affect the members will be voted upon.
